Villamahor, as the party responsible for the website www.villamahor.com, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, "RGPD"), and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSICE), informs you that it has implemented the necessary security measures, of a technical and organisational nature, to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data entered.

2. Purpose of the processing of your personal data

Your personal data will only be used for the following purposes:

    - To manage the sending of information about Villamahor's products and services and to know your opinion about the information we have provided you with.

    - Manage the sending of notifications about the information published on our blog.

    - To manage the sending of commercial information regarding other Villamahor products and services, as well as information related to the events that are carried out by Villamahor as an institution and the celebrations and acknowledgements made by it, through the creation of profiles, both by Villamahor and third parties, and the sending of surveys related to research and innovation, among other topics.

In accordance with the LSSICE, Villamahor does not engage in SPAM practices, and therefore does not send commercial e-mails by electronic means that have not been previously requested or authorised by the user. 

In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Villamahor undertakes not to send commercial communications without duly identifying them.
